Natural beauty is a rare quality. It’s a reflection of inward health and cannot be substituted by any amount of makeup or beauty aids. If you are not in good health, both physically, emotionally, and mentally, your skin and hair will look dull and lifeless.
Health Body, Emotionally Balanced and Being Happy state of Mind are the elements of Natural Beauty
Beauty world is changing in fast pace. ‘Natural ‘, ‘Organic’, ‘Green’ , ‘Pure’ are the new Buzz words.
The main attributes of natural beauty are clear skin, bright eyes, glossy hair, sparkling health, a fit body, and, not to forget, attractive features.
One might spend a huge amount of money in a beauty parlor, buying expensive cosmetics and going under the knife to correct the imperfections in the face and body, but this will best hide any imperfections and blemishes but will never have those basic attributes of natural beauty.
In ancient times, beauty attributed the longevity of youthful skin to the use of herbal formulas. Then came the age of synthetics with high-pressure advertising. Women and men thought that chemical laboratories could solve all their beauty problems, and that too in a short period of time.
The trend is changing. In the market, there is an upsurge in the popularity of beauty products based on natural ingredients, but unfortunately, many commercial products that promise a glowing complexion and healthy hair contain hormones, antibiotics, or any other harmful chemicals that do more harm than good. Chemical reactions may lead to dryness, rash, swelling, itchiness, and other skin problems.
Another reason for growing interest in the home preparation of natural beauty aids is the money-saving angle. Compared to the huge amounts women have been spending each year on commercial-based products, natural products cost less. Natural ingredients like almond, honey, rose, peach, lemon, sandalwood, and more treat many problems affecting the beauty of skin and hair.
The field of natural cosmetics is growing very fast, and it is vast. Natural foods and herbs commonly used as beauty aids enhance your beauty internally and externally.
Did you know that SKIN is the largest and one of the most intriguing organs of the body, which accounts for 16 percent of body weight. So, proper care is important for all ages. When we are young, SKIN helps protect us from common problems like greasy skin and acne. As we grow older, we tend to encounter increasing dryness of the skin. Skin performs many important functions; it forms a protective barrier against harmful bacteria and infection, and it eliminates waste matter from the body in the form of excess water, toxins, and carbon dioxide.
One can have beautiful SKIN if one knows how to take care of the SKIN at any age.
Why is SKIN care usually referred to the face?
This is because this area needs more care and attention than other areas. Face is always exposed to Harsh Sun, Severe Winter, Pollution, and many other toxic chemicals through our surroundings or by excessive usage of cosmetic products, whereas the rest of the body is more well wrapped. That is the key reason why FACE is one of the first parts to show signs of aging.

- Epidermis: Outer Layer of the Skin (Function: acts like armor to protect your body from harm, including ultraviolet (UV) radiation, bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites, and chemicals that affect skin color. The epidermis has cells called melanocytes, which make melanin, which is a group of pigments in your skin that provides skin color.
